Jessika Loving, PFT, CLC

Jessika Loving, Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Life Coach, holds a BS in Health Science with a focus on Disease Prevention. Jessika has developed and taught weight loss classes at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, has created and implemented fitness and weight loss programs for companies such as TRANE, and continues to educate and promote health and fitness to groups of all sizes.
In 2007, Jessika launched East Texas Adventure Boot Camp. She wanted to impact more people, but only in a way that would allow them to achieve the same level of success as working with her one on one. And that they did. Her clients saw and continue to see unbelievable results. They love the interaction with the other campers and the motivation and accountability they receive from each other as well as Jessika and her trainers.
In 2009, Jessika got married and eventually joined her husband in Orange County, CA. Only after bringing on board a highly qualified and equally passionate trainer to oversee Texas, was Jessika was able to join her husband in the beautiful sunshine state. She continued to run East Texas Adventure Boot Camp and mentor her head trainer in Texas. In 2010, Jessika took over Orange County Adventure Boot Camp for an official January, 2011 launch.
Jessika is glad to be back working with clients, doing what she loves and what she is truly passionate about… helping women achieve and surpass their fitness and weight loss goals. “It’s not just about fitness or weight loss, however, it’s about living life to the fullest,” Jessika says. “When women join camp, they are putting themselves first for that hour everyday. For many, that is the only time they put themselves first. When they see changes in the way they look and feel and when they complete a camp session, they start to feel a since of accomplishment and self confidence that transcends into every area of their life. That is what camp is about to me. It truly is a life changing experience,” says Jessika.
Jessika’s passion for her clients and for helping them reach their fitness and weight loss goals is what makes her programs so successful. She is dedicated to each client’s success and to helping them achieve lasting results. Jessika teaches our RSM location.

Theresa Raissdana, PFT
Theresa grew up in South Orange County. She has always been athletic and motivated to improve her fitness level, as well as challenging others to meet their full potential. An avid softball player, in 2006 she tried out for the USA Softball Olympic Team. Shortly after that her health took a turn for the worse, resulting in her loss of motivation. Her condition took a large toll on her overall fitness level and she gained over 40 pounds. Finally, in 2010 she was properly diagnosed and treated for her condition and she was able to begin her recovery.
Theresa joined Orange County Boot Camp as a camper and lost the 40 pounds, training under Jessika Loving. This motivated her to become a certified personal trainer and help other women reach their goals. Theresa knows what it takes to train and be successful, and loves nothing more than encouraging others to push further than they think they are capable of. Theresa has developed a real passion for helping other women become fit, confident and healthy through proper exercise and nutrition. She is focused on individual goals as well as the development of the group as a whole. She knows what it takes to be the best by staying current on the latest training and coaching techniques.
Between her early morning and evening boot camps, she operates a family daycare from the home she shares with her husband of 21 years and their three teenagers. Theresa loves getting to know people and knows that getting fit can and should be fun. Theresa loves to help other women feel the joy in physical movement and find appreciation for their health. Theresa teaches our Irvine location.
