Orange County Adventure Boot Camp is a four-week outdoor program of fitness instruction, nutritional coaching & motivational training provided by our world-class instructors!

What if I’m not very physically fit?

NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others.

What types of exercises are included in the program?

Exercises include: core conditioning, functional training, short distance running (less than one mile), muscular strength, jumping rope, circuit training, hiking, obstacle courses, PAR course, Pilates mat exercises, surprises and more! This technique was developed by fitness expert John Spencer Ellis.

Camps are held outdoors. Directions will be given at your first assessment. On select days, campers may travel a short distance away from the “base camp” for a fun hike day. You will receive your schedule prior to camp.

What is a typical day like at camp?

That’s difficult to say since each day is intentionally different to alleviate boredom. You can expect Spencer Pilates™, Sport Yoga™, Strength Yoga™, some light running, weight training, obstacle courses, core training and jumping rope each week. On special days, you will go hiking. It’s always an adventure, and you’ll always have fun! We teach you a great deal about proper form and “core stability.” You will enjoy a unique fitness experience from the top trainers in the industry and the creator of the boot camp craze which has swept the nation.

How often will we meet?

Participants will meet every Monday through Friday for one hour during the four-week program. All participants must arrive on time. There is a 3-day per week option.

What do I get when I sign up?

Besides your camp sessions, you get a pre and post camp evaluation, a free T-shirt, and a nutrition seminar.

The Pre-Camp Evaluation includes the following:

1. We will give you an introduction to Adventure Boot Camp of Orange County and answer any questions you may have. We will also review your medical history.

2. We will take a few simple measurements to see where you are prior to beginning camp. The actual measurements (number of inches) don’t matter. We want to know how much you improve during the camp. It’s strictly for a post-camp comparison. These numbers and all other information will be held in the strictest confidence.

3. We will record your weight and measure your body fat percentage. Again, the numbers don’t matter. We just want to be able to measure your improvement. Don’t be surprised if you see a 3-8% reduction in your body fat over the four weeks! This is common.

4. You will receive your Welcome Packet and Boot Camp T-shirt.

What kinds of people go to camp?

They are people just like you. Someone who needs a little push to jump
start their fitness and wellness program. Some exercise experience is needed to ensure your safety and a better flow of class.

How soon will I see results?

Performance improvement can take place in as little as three days. “Visual Improvement” can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level. It’s becoming common to see a camper go down 1-2 dresses sizes within the first camp. Remember, everyone is different! It’s not a competition, so focus on your individual results.

Are there shower facilities, or a place I can get ready for work?

We are located near a 24 Hour Fitness, LA Fitness and a Gold’s Gym. If you have a membership at either of these clubs, you can get ready there.

What do I need to bring?

An exercise mat, small hand weights (5-8 lbs.), water bottle, running shoes, and a sense of adventure. You can purchase hand weights at any Target or Sporting Goods Store, and running shoes at Snail’s Pace. There are several businesses that offer special incentives for our campers. You will be given coupons for participating businesses prior to the start of camp.

Why should I participate?

You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical and mental well-being. In addition, you’ll meet great people who share your same passion for acquiring a more healthy body and mind. You will be finished with your training before the rest of the world has even gotten started! And, you’ll be several hundred calories ahead of everyone else!

Is there a refund policy?

If you are unable to attend camp due to circumstances out of your control, we can offer you a refund if you notify us prior to your session start date. However, we will charge a $50.00 cancellation fee. If we are notified after your session begins, we can only give you a credit towards another boot camp. This credit is nontransferable. There is no cash refund. This is not negotiable, sorry!

What is the investment?

Each four-week boot camp has a registration fee of $299 for 20 hours of instruction! That’s just $14.95 per hour. Where else can you get premiere or cutting-edge fitness instruction for that incredible price?

Other Options:
You can also choose to come three days per weeks for a discount of $100. Total cost is just $199. (2-week camps are $199 for the 5-day option, and $149 for the 3-day option)
Note: Even greater results occur when you enroll in the full 5 day per week program. We know this from years of experience!

We are now accepting pre-registration for the next camp. You will get your pre-camp evaluation by your coach prior to the start of camp. Once we receive your registration information you will be notified to make an appointment.
